Design

Sumitomo Tires company engaged H2S Engineers MEP team for a 24,000 SF remodel of 2^nd floor of a 3-Story Sumitomo office building in Rancho Cucamonga. Along with this, H2S Engineers also designed replacement of the existing RTU (60 Tons) serving the 2^nd floor. H2S worked in partnership with the mechanical contractor and interior designers to develop a interior space with exposed ductwork design, noise mitigation features and an excellent industrial look for the space which served as their meeting room, break room, open office areas and townhall meeting space.
