Design

Pathnostics engaged H2S Engineers team to major remodel including 1^st floor (25,000) space housing testing and research labs and offices, and 2^nd floor (25,000 SF) housing open office areas, conference rooms, breakrooms and other testing lab areas. Project included major HVAC remodel including addition of VRF system, lab exhaust fans, modification of existing 75 Tons HVAC unit, humidification controls, dehumidification controls and new air distribution through out both the floors. Electrical remodel included a large stand by generator along with major interior power and lighting remodel.
