MSI Surfaces

Design

H2S was hired by MSI surfaces to design their 48,000 SF, 3-story headquarters building with LEED certification. H2S Designed HVAC, Plumbing, power and lighting for the building. HVAC system included CO2 based heat pump chillers which produced chilled water, heating hot water and domestic hot water along with capacity to produce glycol for ice storage for future. H2S team worked with MSI design team hand in hand to develop entire design in BIM and provided dedicated team effort to maintain client schedule and expectations.
