Design

One of the specialty H2S Engineers team has is design of restaurants. H2S team provided MEP services to convert an existing retail space into a new restaurant. Design included Type 1 Hood exhaust system, make up air system, grease interceptor design, new water heater for the restaurant, upgraded water and gas meter, upgraded electrical service and close coordination of MEP design with the structural elements to maintain constructability of the drawings. Several franchise and local restaurant owners have trusted H2S Engineers over the years to successfully design their spaces. Some of the significant names of clients include 85° Bakery, Burger King, Popeye’s Chicken, Kalbi Social Club.
