Design

City of Irvine purchased an existing 2-story building and converted into city’s office building. H2S Engineers was engaged as MEP engineers to remodel existing HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting to accommodate new floor plans and spaces. H2S performed detailed feasibility studies, rezoned majority of the spaces, designed controls for the building and provided engineering assistance in upgrading utility services for the building. In addition to design/engineering and construction administration, H2S also provided extended detail construction support including attending weekly construction meetings and progress inspections to help city keep the project on schedule and on target.
